    We type up every recipe. You see it next to the original photo, fix anything we misread, and approve it.

What if the handwriting is hard to read?
We flag every word we're unsure of, so you know what to check. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Are the photos printed in the book?
No. Every recipe is typeset, so each page is clear and easy to cook from. We keep the original photos for you.
